What we do
From a free first look to full-structure fumigation and rebuilding the damaged wood.
Thorough drywood & subterranean check, no cost to new customers.
See what's included→Targeted spot treatment for contained, localized infestations.
When it's used→Whole-structure tenting (carpa) for widespread drywood termites.
How tenting works→We replace and restore termite-damaged wood so it's sound again.
See repairs→We inspect the whole structure for drywood and subterranean termites, identify the type, and show you exactly what we find, then recommend the smallest treatment that actually works.
For widespread drywood infestations, full-structure fumigation is the only sure fix. We tent the home, fumigate, and clear it, eliminating termites throughout the entire structure.

Service questions
Still deciding between local treatment and tenting? Call (562) 500-3921 and we'll walk you through it.
It comes down to how widespread the infestation is. If termites are contained to a specific area, local spot treatment is faster and you stay in your home. If drywood termites are throughout the structure, full fumigation (tenting) is the only way to be sure we get every colony.
We cover the entire home with a tent (carpa), introduce fumigant to reach termites deep in the framing, then air it out and clear it as safe to re-enter. You vacate for about 48 hours and we shut off the gas before the tent goes up; we give you the full prep steps ahead of time so it goes smoothly. Right now it's $200 off.
Yes, fumigation requires the home to be vacated for about 48 hours (the gas is shut off first). Local spot treatment does not require you to leave.
Yes. After treatment we replace and restore termite-damaged wood: fascia, framing, baseboards and trim, so the structure is sound, not just termite-free.
